Positive: Beach access was easy. Room was clean and comfortable with nice, modern bathroom. Pool was very nice and convenient.
Negative: The only downside was no washing machines. It would have been nice to wash and dry clothing as wet beach clothes are quite unclean after a few days.
Summary: Loved the resort and Sanibel Island is so relaxing. Will definitely stay again if we visit Sanibel.

Positive: I loved that it was feets away from the beach.
Negative: Everything closes early by 8 pm there are no restaurants,shop gas station nothing open, other than the restaurant on the property, which is pretty pricey. The bugs in the morning and in the evening are insane they will eat you alive. The tiki bar and pool close at 7 pm so after that with everything else is town being closed at 8pm there is nothing else to do till the next day. The resort itself with my two reservations was a mess. That a completely different topic. Def will not be staying here again.
Summary: For me and my family this is a once never again vacation spot.

Positive: Very clean room. Comfortable bed. So close to the beach.
Negative: Housekeepers were very noisy outside the room and cleaning next door. Sounded like they were rearranging furniture. We were not provided a do not disturb hanger for the door so she knocked six times and apparently couldn't hear us yelling no thank you.

Negative: The only complaint we have is you can hear people in the adjoining rooms and overhead. We kept the fan running as much as we could on the AC. Tiki bar food selection was better before the hurricane.

Negative: They don’t have many umbrellas in the pool , no umbrellas in the beach you need to buy one . The person to be in the front desk it was not that friendly.

Negative: It appears Booking.com is only giving rooms that are not scenic or close to the beach. It would be nice if we had a balcony or beach front.
